Propertify – Real Estate Bay provides\u00a0digital services<\/strong>, including premium subscriptions, featured listings, and promotional tools. As these services are\u00a0intangible and immediately accessible<\/strong>, refunds and exchanges are governed by the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Subscription Refund Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

2.1 No Automatic Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We do not provide refunds for:\n

    • Partially used subscription periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      2.2 Google Play Billing Supremacy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      • All in-app subscription purchases are processed via Google Play Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refund requests are subject to Google Play\u2019s refund policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Users must initiate refunds (if eligible) through their Google Play account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        2.3 Exceptional Refunds (Limited Cases)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion<\/strong> only in cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Once a property listing is promoted or featured, it cannot be exchanged, reversed, or transferred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Visibility duration and placement depend on platform algorithms and demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                5. Free Trials (If Applicable)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Free trials are provided to allow users to evaluate premium features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • If not cancelled before trial expiry, the subscription will automatically convert to paid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • No refunds will be issued after conversion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  6. Non-Refundable Scenarios<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                    • All prices are exclusive or inclusive of GST as displayed at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Taxes paid are non-refundable<\/strong>, except where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      8. Policy Abuse<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                      • Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or misuse of free trials may result in:\n
